Bow Tie DJ Weddings and Events provides a high-quality, personalized music and entertainment  service that captures the magic of your wedding day, from the bride and groom getting ready, to the ceremony, the speeches, the couple’s first dance, and well into the night of festivities.

We are available for weddings across the San Diego area, although we are also very happy to travel for weddings elsewhere in the US or anywhere in the world.

The story of your wedding day begins with the bride and groom getting ready; this is one of our favorite times as family and friends eagerly await the ceremony, we are playing music that enhances the joyous occasion.  Our service continues as we capture the moments as your bridal party walks down the aisle to the "I do" moment. Then while your guests are enjoying drinks at the reception, and you are whisked away for the “couple” shoot, we can play songs from your selected cocktail hour playlist. Finally, we once we get to the evening party, we rock the dance floor with your all time favorite hits.

We always explain to couples that photographing what will be their best ever day doesn’t just start and end with photos of the wedding ceremony and the couple themselves. The reception and party are especially important to us as your DJ crew, as we can enhance the moments when guests are relaxed and having fun, creating magical memories as grandmother does her version of "Rapper's Delight!" 

Engagement or pre-wedding parties capture precious memories for you both. Every couple has their own ideas and places that are special to them: we will work with you to suggest a beautiful setting and spend a few hours with you planning a pre-wedding gathering. A rehearsal party is a great idea for people who want to go over the last moment details before the big day; you will get an idea of how we work and will feel more relaxed and natural on the wedding day itself.
